Beginning of day 1.
I know it’s going to be a hard bunch of months ahead of me but I’m glad that I’ve started the trip. I’ve been so unhappy lately that I know it affects how I treat others. I like how I interct with others a lot better when I’m not this overweight.
It’s hard to explain to others how difficult it is to carry around this much weight emotionally and physically.
