● The 6-week GREEK GODDESS challenge!

To all the ladies out there – if you want to see improvements in your body shape, health and fitness, take on my 6-week challenge to start getting the strength and toned physique of a Greek goddess!

3x 30 min sessions a week for a six week commitment, fun and motivating small group training (2-3 people). Make up your own group or meet some new people :-)
