Beautiful Mornin' -- Again!
Well, Mother Nature has done it again — yet another morning pastel wonder to behold.
Did yoga and went for a long huffing and puffing hilly walk with the dogs.
Breakfast: Two poached eggs on Ezekiel toast. Coffee with whole milk.
Lunch: Smoked Trout with Lemon-Pepper and Garlic, Millet with veggies: beets, carrots and parsnips.
Snack: 1/2 pear.
Dinner: 1/2 turkey sandwich with vegenaise, avocado, a whole lotta sprouts, on 7-grain bread. Carrot and celery sticks. Red Chai Tea (no caffeine).
