P90X Reloaded (round 2) - Days 47-49

Day 47 (Friday) Legs & Back and Ab Ripper X…..118 total pull-ups and 362 ab exercises. I STILL HATE the Balance Lunges!

Day 48 (Saturday) Kenpo X…..Done!

I banged-out a 7:00AM 16+ mile bicycle ride.  Nasty wind out of the north, but still pretty enjoyable.

Day 49 (Sunday) X Stretch…..I did Chest, Shoulders & Triceps and Ab Ripper X to make-up for Monday, I told ya I’d do it.  200 total push-ups and 366 ab exercises.

I completed a 14-mile (errand) bicycle ride this AM.  Nice average speed of 15.2 with a huge climb.  The tunes were excellent today.
