So for the last two weeks or so I have been trying out Amy’s Frozen Organic food….and it is awesome.
I also like Kashi cookies – the dark chocoloate cookie is the best.And their frozen meals are good too.
In the last week, I actually feel better, I am regular and I feel more calm. Go figure. I don’t snack so much. And I feel fuller sooner.
On the coffee front, I have coffee in the morning but I dont feel so chained and addicted to it. I need a cup by midday as opposed to first thing in the morning.
