May Be Of Some Help

I am still dealing with this damn Urticaria and what I am sure of is that it is environmentally caused (detailed in another post) and food aggravated.  I am producing too much histamine and even a slight pressure on my skin causes a welt. It disappears only to be replaced by another somewhere else.  In all of my searches on-line for help I found very little until I began examining histamine reducing diets.

This link may be of some help to someone out there.

I kind of wish I had not been so negative in my first post, but hey, it was an honest moment and I felt in crises.

I am watching my money right now and since everything I eat seems to cause a reaction, I’m not spending the money for “better products”. I’ve been shifting to organics for a long time, but today, I decided that $2.99  for Annie’s Organic Macaroni and Cheese could not compete with a .49 cent box of Kraft’s. Yes, it’s not good for you, but I like it better and since nothing is helping it’s what I chose.

Why pay more for hives than I have to?

I am going full-force into a candida cleanse in a week—I have some work issues to clear up before I start. I really like this plan and it’s worked for me before. If I lose a bit of weight it’s a bonus, but right now I need to get my immune system running at full speed again.

By the way, I’m really sick and tired of everyone giving up on Obama a year in. Jesus—he has a mess to deal with and never in history (my voting history) has a president been held to such a high standard by his own party the first year.  I’m tired of the whining and wailing that he isn’t what he said he was,. He is what he said he was.  He’s a different kind of leader and that’s what we voted for…or at least I did.
