Just Say No...to the Vending Machine

If you are anything like me, you have had some serious junk food cravings while at work. And just as luck would have it, there is a huge vending machine stocked with treats just waiting on you to give in to your cravings right? It’s so easy to give into the temptation WHEN YOU DON’T HAVE FOOD PREPARED AND IN TOW. Help yourself out by carrying healthy snacks with you to work. When you get hungry, instead of opting for a honey bun, snack on an apple or 100-calorie snack instead. Another thing you can do (which I actually started doing and it worked) is to not carry any cash on you so that you don’t have any money to even put in the machine. Simple, right?

In a nutshell, you will have to be proactive and not reactive when it comes to losing weight. Most of us have nursed unhealthy habits for a lifetime so breaking those habits will take time and effort.
